Back Orders

Some of our products take longer to ship than others.

The "Ships Monday, MONTH XXth 20XX", ‘We can ship in X days', and "We can ship today" is an estimate of when the item will leave our warehouse in Sydney.

For example, if an item displays “We can ship in 3 days" the item will leave our warehouse 3 business days after you place your order.

The "delivered by Thursday, Month Xth 20XX" assumes you've selected Express Post as your shipping method at checkout, and that you're within the Australia Post next day network.

Your order will ship when all the parts required to fulfil your order are available in our warehouse. For example if you order four parts that "We can ship today" and one part that "We can ship in 7 days", your order will only ship when the product that "We can ship in 7 days" becomes available in our Sydney warehouse.

While Maddy and Alison work hard to ship every order as quickly as possible, some items may have longer ship times due to things outside their control, for example (a supplier's package getting stuck in customs on it's way to our Sydney warehouse). 

Occasionally we state a "ships in" time, then learn we are unable to meet the ship in the stated time due to low product availability on our supplier's side.  In these rare cases, we will notify you by email and let you know when the product will become available.
